Illustration, print and digital event graphics for UX Speakeasy and AIGA San Diego's feature presentation of the iconic Dieter Rams' Documentary Portrait shown at the Museum of Photographic Arts (MOPA) in Balboa Park.
The sole creative focus was to project this gigantic figure of industrial product design in and almost Byzantine aura of minimalistic detail. This event also provided an opportunity to create a series of highly detailed, technical illustrations in isometric perspective, inspired by a handful of the now legendary product designs in Rams' career.
Posters and postcard sets of the illustrated Rams product designs where printed and available for sale at the event. Special thanks to Neyenesch Printers in San Diego for contributing a palpable dimension to this project.
The Dieter Rams Documentary graphic design, illustration, and digital graphics for the event where produced as a pro-bono contribution by NittyGritty™ Brands, a design, branding and illustration studio.
